"Staff were kind, honest, and super helpful. They always had a warm smile for us. When I accidentally left my bag, it was kept safe and returned. The trees near the beach are something truly special. Enjoyed the hammocks and tables on the beach. The food in the restaurant was absolutely excellent! While the rooms are a bit dated, they are the best in the area, and sufficient. "

The highlights for our stay included: the owner/campesino's warm hospitality, eco-friendly focus, full Kitchen and amenities, access to the River, large open balcony, serene environment, bespoke natural furniture and décor throughout the Property, and several activities offered on-site as well as nearby. Beautiful environment coupled with excellent hosts. Love it!"

"We were greeted at the gate by the host to make sure we knew where to park and that we had everything we needed. He set up a tour of the property the following morning and my daughter got to ride a horse all around the property. We loved learning about the plants and the animals and even got to see 8 piglets that were born overnight! We played in the river and ate at nearby sodas. We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed the sunset views overlooking the beautiful mountains as we traveled home from monteverde each day. They even gave us a night tour on the property and we learned more about the frogs, spiders, and snakes. My family loved playing with the three dogs on property. We really enjoyed our stay. "
