The main issue was when I got there my room was not ready at all. Bed not made room not clean. And in the system it told them it was ready so when I walked in I was upset that I couldn’t lay right down and relax

Worst place I've ever stepped into
Run - and fast! This place is a dump with a strong odor throughout which caused a reaction to my asthma requiring a visit to urgent care. I refused to stay after seeing how bad the place (flooring peeling, holes in wall and sheets, trash in the halls, strong smoke odor throughout, no elevator) was and they have never refunded me, and they even disputed my credit card dispute. This place is not good and should NOT be listed on Hotels.com (I can't believe this place meets the Hotels.com minimum standards).

They call me Saturday morning to let me know they overbooked and cancelled my reservation. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I had a text from Welcome Suites that they overbooked and therefore had no room for me. They should cut off taking reservations from Expedia if they can’t honor them. I tried calling Expedia to have another hotel reservation but Expedia doesn’t have a phone number to contact. Ended up booking another hotel that was $80 more money. Not a good experience.

This place is terrible. We checked in and as soon as we walked in the room we turned around and left. We did not stay there. We asked for a refund which is still pending. The rooms were run down and dirty. The shower curtain had holes, the bed looked more like a cot than a bed. There was what looked like dried blood from meat in the freezer. Do not recommend. Sorry no pics but we got out of there as fast as we could.

A Hot Mess
Tried to check in only to be told there was be record of my reservation (despite having a printed copy). Apparently they changed hands and didn’t fill the new owners in on anything. Took a solid 45 minutes to iron everything out and they seemed genuinely disinterested in the situation because their shift was ending. Immediately after checking me into a room, they hit the bricks because they were clocking out for the day and told me no one would be around (despite advertising 24/7 front desk). The whole place stunk of pot and cigarette smoke. The lock on the door was busted and the room across the hall didn’t even have a door. The room itself was cheaply redone, but looked quite nice. The walls were quite thin and that area was very loud. Didn’t sleep a wink and left early in the morning.

Hotels.com disappointed
I prepaid $95 when I received the receipt the room was billed as $65. Besides being a very unsafe area, where the front door always stayed unlocked, there was a wash cloth on the sink, only one towel in the bathroom. No soap, extras were included. Very disappointing referral definitely not worth paying $30 extra dollars to hotels.com for booking the room.

Disgusting.
This was the most disgusting hotel I ever stepped foot in. There was hair all over the tub, the sink, the floor. The toilet was dirty, the counters were dirty, the bedding was dirty. Oh but the bed was made. The floor was sticky. We walked right back out and stayed elsewhere.

Run down. The bed in the room was broke down the springs were. The hotels wifi doesnt work they say its day to day if it works.. all the staff live on property. No ice or vending machines on site even though they are signs for them

No i would not recommend this hotel, it was not clean the bed an sheets wasnt to proper standards the service was awful. The parking lot had a car on bricks when i pulled up. It was not toilet paper in bathroom just a filthy hotel

Nice place to stay and within budget!
Manager was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just what I needed: a clean room, somewhere peaceful to rest, and not too fancy. Fair price and conveniently close to restaurants & stores.

The hallways smelled aggressively like cigarettes, and the front office was unattended and hidden. Overall it felt a little sketchy, but the price I paid was excellent, so I can't really complain.
