“This property was an ideal base for our outdoor adventures in Moab. Early every day, we made breakfast and a packed lunch in the kitchen which had everything we needed (but no dishwasher). We took very long hikes and/or mountain bike rides each day. We ate out in Moab each night. The bathroom was good... with decent water pressure in the shower. We slept well in the comfortable king bed. We particularly liked the locked bike storage shed (it was convenient and felt secure enough). Great trip!”

“Location was convenient, all necessary amenities were provided. Unit was very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Can't comment on the hot tub, since with the temps were over 100 there was no desire to try it out!”

“Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. Great location, nice place!”

“The place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Moab. The location was so good, close to Milt’s, downtown, and Sand Flats Rd to access all the amazing landscapes of Moab. We were able to clean our bikes off in the backyard after riding each day with the provided bike stand and hose. The hot tub was clean and great. We really enjoyed the backyard hangout - so peaceful - and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook.”

“It must be mentioned that it is the top floor and there is no Elevator If you are comfortable carrying your stuff up 31 stairs it’s a nice place with a pool and a balcony The kitchen is good and the beds are good but a huge wooden footboard on the bed can really bump you if you get up in the dark Ouch!”

“This was a clean property with an easy checkin process. Well equipped for 6 people even if a little cramped in the living space.Grocery store pretty close by, straight forward drive to Arches or Canyonlands.Pool was great for the midday heat when hiking was a no go.Checkout was a little confusing as we kept getting messages to do so, but this could be because we left a day early not related to the property but due to events in southern Utah dusting our visit. In summary I would stay here again...

“Property management team was great and very responsive and location was really nice but the property itself is very run down with a lot of deferred maintenance. Carpet was in poor shape and stained. Overall property is in need of repairs and updates from pots and pans to cracked floor tiles. ”

“Great place to stay and was very safe area. House was excellent no issues at all had everything you would need”

“Excellent host , Thanks for get check inn early . The house is so nice . For sure i I rent again.”

“Stayed for 2 nights, 5 adults. Clean, good location, quick response from host to questions. Would be happy to return in the future.”

“Everything worked great at this location. This isn't a knock by any means, but just be aware that the bunk beds are in the same rooms as the other beds, so this location is better suited for families who can all sleep in the same room together. No complaints though. Accommodations were as expected and the place was well stocked with the necessary kitchen conveniences.”

“Great home base for exploring Arches and Moab. Highly recommended.”

“The townhouse is located in a nice and quiet area. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and roomy. However, it needs to be cleaned better( dusty) and was missing some essential items.”

“The house is great it is very complete has everything you will need to be ok it is a little out of town but no worries 5 minutes to restaurants and shops, quite nice place the rugs need to be changed but they are clean.”

“The Hosts were very willing to help, the condo was just right with a good mix of comfort, distance to restaurants and easy access in and out of town to the local attractions. Definitely will stay with them again.”
