Welcome to the Fainting Couch, a maximalist boutique hotel in Cobb Mountain, CA. It is ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, and special events. Payment Timeline and Cancellation Policy for Direct Bookings
Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before check-in will be fully refunded 100% minus a 3% cancellation fee. Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount. Guests are encouraged to book trip/travel insurance.
Deposit/Payment: 50% of the Payment is required when a reservation is made, and the additional 50% is due 72 hours prior to check-in. A $200 authorization hold will also be placed 72 hours prior to check-in.
Important: Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of 50% upon reservation. This can be paid using debit and credit cards. Please note your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation message from us.
