The property was horribly kept outside, weeds, dirty, no lighting. We almost drove away when we pulled up. We would have if we could have found anything else on short notice. The outside garbage can was so gross you could t even throw anything away without getting nastiness on your hand pushing it open. The luggage racks were broken and looked like the ghetto borrowed them and then returned them. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms were dirty and gross including the bedding. Bathroom was extremely uncleaned especially around the toilet and shower. Very unimpressed and would not stay again and would not recommend to anyone. Only thing decent and clean was the lobby and continental breakfast.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms however, the faucet of the bath was hanging on by a thread, the sheets on the bed seemed like they hadn’t been washed from the previous people (there were crumbs and dirt when I fist pulled the sheet back), the pool area was very dirty and the furniture was either broken or looked like it hadn’t ever been washed, floors and furniture in the room hadn’t been vaccuumed or wiped down the whole place smelled like cigarettes when you walk in and there were no comforters on the beds, only sheets. Pillows were flat as a pancake.

While the hotel was just another hotel, Vickie at the check in desk was amazingly helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond helping us get checked in and helped dealing with an issue with our booking. She made our trip that much more extra special.

Missy i think was the night clerk, is a gem, very nice and personable. Claire i think was her name, she wasn't very customer service oriented. We had a yellow stain on our sheet, I had to ask if she would have it changed, she seemed put out and stated "it's probably from bleach", I said "its not something I feel comfortable sleeping on regardless if you think thats what it is". She sighed and said she would let housekeeping know, we went to spend the day with family, when we returned to our room at around 11pm, it was in the same condition as when we left for the day. We were exhausted, and very disappointed because it felt like our concerns weren't taken serious. The next morning at checkout I mentioned to Claire or Ciara, )her name tag was blocked by her hair) the gal who checked us out that the room wasn't cleaned and the sheet hadn't been changed, she said oh, I'm sorry, I told them to clean it. The 1st morning, we left and returned to find maid service had come in, the time I requested it, they didn't. Per their rule on the door, you have to ask for maid service. To top it off, the toilet wasn't clean, looked like someone had diarrhea under the rim of the bowl, the photos online do not look like the actual room, very deceiving, it has a mildew smell as well, and the heater/AC fan rattled, it was awful!! Kudos to Missy, and the gal who took care of the breakfast, they both have great customer service.The gal who checked us in was nice too. I have photos as well.

Stayed for 3 nights with my grandchildren. The property is older and shows some wear, but is clean and well maintained. Super staff, excellent breakfast, and comfy beds. Priced well below other hotels in the area. Well worth it. Would definitely book again.

The unit was clean and fit our needs for one nite stay. We liked the Continental Breakfast in the morning. Biggest complaint was that adjacent neighbor had a dog that barked all nite. Kept my wife from getting good sleep.

Great place to stay for a Silverwood trip, it’s about a 30 minute drive. Great continental breakfast and the kids loved the heated pool! Also right by a gas station and McDonald’s for some easy food/snacks.
