“登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。”

"The first room they gave me the AC was broken In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack...
