Upon checking in we had to request toilet paper because 1 room didnt have any and the other had less than half a roll which it was very thin. Eyes were burning and I didn’t even get in the pool. My kids did and their eyes were burning even after showering, using eye drops, and trying to wash them out even hours later. Wouldn’t let them get back in due to this. Also the water was very cold. A couple of times there was no water pressure in the bath. My son had to wait over an hour to take a shower due to this. Tried to go ask the front desk about it. Rang the bell twice and nobody ever came to the front desk.
