“Many overseas visitors do not know the Heathrow area and the bus system is a nightmare to navigate. Transport directions from Heathrow to hotel were not provided which was very unhelpful and contributed to my late arrival. No accommodation was make for late check-ins. I received no response to text messages and phone calls. On arrival I was unable to access my room and following a long wait after midnight, returned to Heathrow and spent the night on a seat outside of Departures in……

“Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.”

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”
