"Incredibly clean. Better than advertised. Entire support staff is super helpful even though you don’t need them once you’re set up in first 15 minutes. Just had a question of where hot tub key was. Wonderful house — one of the best you could get. Located by downtown, park, pool, etc. walking distance to grocery and restaurants. House was like something out of a dream .. it’s imbued with wonderful summer vibes and conducive to peace, wonderful family time. 10/10. "

"Overall, had a great time. Home was great, hot tub was great, games in the garage were great, loved the home. Property was a little stepford wives-y, but all in all pretty cool! Biggest issue was right at the beginning. Check in was a mess, they had us waiting on the patio until 45 minutes after we were supposed to be able to check in because the cleaner wasn’t done yet. She seemed to be working hard, but there was another lady there that seemed to only be around to tell us we couldn’t go in and she was afraid of our dog. Other than the delay and that one awkward interaction, we had a good time!"

"Perfect place. Really cose to dog park & a nice walk to most everything else. Home was just as pictured, but the dining table was even bigger, which was nice (easily seats six). Has everything we needed to cook & clean, including some basic spices & condiments. The only negative was that the bed was way too soft, so we had to change rooms which meant we (parents) were sleeping on two twins & our 11 year old was on the queen bed... definitely not ideal. We also weren't able to rent shuffleboard or horseshoes since the rental was through a third party instead of Seabrook. "

"I loved the kitchen. It has everything you need. I found plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Well stocked cups, plates, bowls, plus some popular spices. Also I found Keurig k-cups and some coffee in the fridge. Both options available. The cabin is very comfy for two adults and two smalls. You could have a third adult on the couch. You are about 5-7 mimute walk from restaurants. About 12 minutes from the ocean. Pretty kid friendly. Bike rentals are an option. If you are a party of 3 maybe 4 then you’ll love this. I’m for sure coming back soon. "
"Kitchen was very well stopped. Check one was very easy. The only thing that we had an issue with was the indoor pool deck. It was always very filthy. It had Band-Aids in it twice. When we went in there, it had pads from somebody who had used them to wash their face. There was food on the deck."
