“With my Mum having limited mobility the parking situation was a challenge but we managed. We also hadn’t realised the 2nd bedroom was two single beds (our fault for not checking closely enough) but again we managed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with beautiful views from the little garden on the one evening we had that it didn’t rain. A wonderful place to stay overall and would highly recommend it.”

“Great property. Very secluded. 10min drive into coniston. No signal at all in the area, luckily there is WiFi but it kept dropping out. Very clean and tidy. Great for hikers.”
