“Si todo limpio y perdonal excellente ”

“First time we see a hotel constantly being cleaned. So well maintained. Rooms so neat and clean. We had our sheepadoodle and he was treated kindly, there was a designated space for him to relax and breakfast was very good as well”

“Clean… friendly staff…nice breakfast…warm and cozy inn… I highly recommend…”

“Excellent breakfast”

“Great downtown location. Parking was outstanding and never had to worry about finding a spot. Quick response on any questions. Had a great time!”

“Angie and CJ were absolutely great! Our hosts were very accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We received daily housekeeping with made beds and fresh towels. Our hosts were quick to respond, if we had any questions. Parking was always available. My family appreciated the proximity to the Hall of fame, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for being our home away from home during our time at Cooperstown Dream park.”

“This was right in the center of cooperstown. Behind one of the two bars in town and across the street from the other. Tucked away off the main road no no noise. Right next to the hall of fame. Excellent location! Very clean. Mini fridge coffe set up and microwave. Off street parking. Great communication!”

“Wonderful stay! Host was amazing. Thank you!”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

“Solid property that is close to Dreams Park and dining options. Host was responsive to our needs. Only issue was that the windows weren't acoustically sound and we could hear traffic at all hours of the night. Otherwise it was a perfect fit for us.”

“Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. ”

“Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park”

“The house was well maintained, clean, convenient and newly renovated. A great experience. ”

“Cuando fui hacer el check in no habia nadie que nos atendiera….de hecho nunca lo vimos…lo llamamos por el cel y solo nos indicó que nuestro cuarto era el 8 y que subieramos por la escalera….donde solo se escuchaba una música de fondo….mi experiencia fue terrorífica que abandonamos el lugar inmediatamente….jamás nadie nos atendió ”

“It was good but the heat and ac system was hard to use.”
