" We had an early flight out of JFK, so we booked a room at 5 Towns Inn because they have a free 24 hr shuttle and they are less than 5 miles from the airport. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour. If you are at the airport you need to call and they will send the shuttle to pick you up. We waited about 45 min. If you are at the hotel, you let them know what time you want to go into the airport. Also, they pick you up and drop you off at Federal Circle not your terminal. You take the Air train and is quite easy to use but I could see why some people wouldn't like it. The Hotel itself is old and the rooms are as basic as you can get. It serves a purpose for travelers and that is about it. So if you just need a room for the night and you aren't fussy the 5 Towns Inn will work for you. "

"Everything was great for the most part. Close to were we had to be for 2 days, food nearby, well kept inside. Breakfast was fine, pool helped with the travel aches. Staff was very nice. Only problem I had was with the shower and its lack of hot water. Otherwise had a great stay. "

"I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "

"The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier."
