The hotel, on the outside, and the facilities, look very good. Inside, the reception is nice; it’s good. But when you go to the room, the furniture in the room is old. It needs to be modernized; it's scratched. The carpet in the room is dirty; it looks like it needs to be changed or cleaned. The bathroom floor is very slippery. You have to be careful because when you walk, you can slip, especially in my personal case with tennis shoes. The receptionist for the night shift is excellent, the lady from the night of June 19th, 2026, very kind. As for the rest, I couldn’t say about the pool because I was also worried that if the carpet in the room looks dirty and smelled damp, well, it didn’t give me much trust in the pool. But, overall, the hotel looks good; it’s just that the furniture in the room—my room—was obsolete, it was old, it was scratched, and well, no.

The place was really full and still quiet even though we were right by the pool and lobby. The pool area was spacious. Breakfast was basic but well taken care of and delicious. Check in/out went smoothly, and it was a convenient safe location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
