Room was clean and front desk was able to accommodate extra linens and towels request without issue. The free breakfast was better than expected with something for everyone. The hot tub was great to soak in, but couldn't get the jets to work. Liked how access was till 11pm. They recently switched cable providers and our TV wasnt working when it came time for a movie before bedtime. We called, but there wasnt anyone on site who could help us. We went without; too tored to move rooms.

This hotel experience was way above my expectations. The staff was very pleasant, the lobby was cheerful, the hallways smelled just cleaned. My room was spotlessly clean and the carpet was vacuumed so I felt I could walk around without keeping my shoes on my feet. My bed was very comfortable with clean white sheets, white blankets and a thick white comforter on it. The bathroom towels were very thick and absorbed the hot shower well. I had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in my room along with a safe for my personal use. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices.
