"There was long line for check-in and only 2 staff members were dealing. It took us 45 mins just for checking in and for check out there were same circumstances. About property conditions, the shower was leaking constantly and our sleeps were interrupted through noise. Also, we requested high floor and paid for city view but we were given room with only roof view. We were told that it was only room available! "
