"The room was very clean. We experienced two things that needed some maintenance. One was the door was hard to open and close because it rubbed against the frame very heavily. The other one was a VERY noisy A/C unit that woke us up each time it kicked on. If those two things were repaired or replaced, this would be an excellent place to stay in Helen, GA."
