Worse property I have ever stayed at!!!! Room smelled moldy and dirty, literally every time you opened the room door to enter the odor hit you so strongly. The shower curtain had mold on it. The Faucet on the face leaked water everytime we turned it on. There were hair strands all over the bathroom floor. We called for an iron at 9am and waited til 11am, called again repeatedly to follow up and never got the iron.

The rooms are a bit out dated. The lobby area, cafe and restaurant was great. Need improvements to the rooms to match the upgrades in the lobby.

All of it was lovely EXCEPT the bathrooms are the Achilles heel --poor water pressure, poor lighting for makeup application and sink always backs up.Chicken wings were dry dry dry - but the servers were attentive & friendly. cute & sexy bar area, gorgeous furnishings, great drinks and the room was great! Except for the bathroom the property, location & staff were fabulous from the front desk to the front door. Even knowing the challenges, I'd stay again.

The history is remarkable and the design is stunning. No match though for the hospitable, kind, knowledgeable staff. Jerome, Levette, and James are truly some of the best.

The rooms are nice. A lot of restaurants within walking distance as well as a Publix grocery store and Lenox mall is a couple of miles away
