"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely stay here again. The room we had was updated and clean and quite. The heated pool is a nice bonus!
The property is on Main Street so its very convenient to everything.
If you want something other than a continental breakfast the staff has really good suggestions although we enjoyed the bagels the fresh fruit at the hotel breakfast.
If you are a stay over you will have to request room service.
Overall the staff and housekeeping was absolutely wonderful despite being short staffed.

"We came to Helen for Memorial day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room and public areas were very clean. There was one person, though, who really made our stay amazing, and that was Rhonda! She was the lodge's shuttle driver, and she was wonderful. She was super helpful and friendly, and was always available when we called to get a ride around town. She also has some great stories about the area, and was just q pleasure to be around. "
