“The room was in poor condition, especially for the cost. Was adequate for a 1 night stop over.”

“Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. And we were simply in a state where we could not do anything rather than just adjust. So a big heads up to all the ppl……

“Basic at best. You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at. Shower temperature and pressure were good. Air conditioner was working but did turn on and off all night. Windows were taped shut and not able to open them. Ants in bathroom sink and a very musty smell. Would I stay here again? Nope.”

“J'étais arrivée après un assez long trajet après avoir vécu un événement assez traumatisant. Tout ce que je voulais faire était de dormir. J'ai bien dormi. Le lit était propre. Quand j'étais arrivée il n' y avait pas de personnel au comptoir pour faire l'enregistrement. Pas de problème, j'ai sonné. Une dame avait répondu et m'avait enregistré. Elle m'avait donné une chambre. Elle était chaleureuse. J'avais besoin d'un chargeur et elle m'en avait emprunté un. Tout allait bien jusqu'au lendemain……
