“In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning.”

I normally don't book Motels,
not clean!
toilet seats was moving coming off!
toilet tissues holder was loose was keep falling!

“We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive.
