Gold level -fantastic Worth the extra money

Got a king size room facing parliament. Maybe because I didn’t get the most expensive room but the furniture was sooo painfully dated. The room air is stuffy I couldn’t get the air conditioning ti work. The couch and chairs in room is such an eyesore. The bed was comfortable enough but I feel like you can preserve its old charm with having things updated. Not habit not great. I wish there was a sauna steam room the pool is beautiful enough but so cold and dated. The best part is absolutely the restaurants, INCREDIBLE CONVENIENT LOCATION. The staff is above and beyond outstanding truly. Very efficient and accommodating. Maxime especially is the best concierge I ever had.

Hotel hall is kind of old, lots of carpets but do no smell bad. The Room was small but ok for 3 people. Bathroom in a small size as well. The restaurant downstairs had a good meal and nice staff. We were with our little dog and everything went well. So, overall I would say it was what I was expecting.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Arc hotel! Conveniently located near all the sights, restaurants and shopping, we parked our car and walked everywhere for our 3 day visit in Ottawa. The staff was some of the most welcoming and friendly people we have encountered in all our travels. Our room was clean, well appointed and quiet. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the lounge in the evening for a cocktail before returning to our room. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again.
