"You can’t beat the location .. it’s 10 steps from Ottawa’s best pedestrian center . The hotel is clean , and great - no complaints whatsoever . Also a great buffet buffet that’s free for kids under 15 , $25 otherwise . The kids loved the pool , all good ! "

"This is the first hotel that my top #1 so far that we stayed in. The room layout and attention to details in the standard room is very impressive. It's roomy and it's great with travelling with family. And the breakfast options were great as well. They also have 24/7 coffee at the lobby. And you can also hanging out with your own drinks or food in the lobby which not all hotels does that. Overall, I would love to come back here again."

"Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)"

"Great clean hotel in the Byward Market area. Room are larger and modern. Common areas are maintained and clean. There is construction behind the hotel. Some rooms are impacted by the noise and the hotel provided ear plugs in the room. The noise wasn’t that bad."
