    "The other house" (which is in the village of Cotignac, please do not listen to google map or others !!!!) is fully equipped, 2 minutes walk from the village, (so you can buy your hot bread and croissants every morning) with a large garden of 1100m2. Air conditioner!!!!!

    ALL INCLUSIVE, price for 6 people, and total free for:
    - towels (bath towels, towels, bath mats)

    The house is very functional and very bright (all rooms have one or more windows) so very pleasant to live regardless of time or seasons. New double glazed windows installed in October 2018 to transform the view into a real natural picture !!!!!

    The decoration of the house is a mixture of family furniture and pieces of furniture (Flamant, The Garden of Ulysses, Alessi, Kartell ..)

    The accommodation is in two parts, a large apartment on the ground floor with large bedroom, living room, bathroom, we separate, kitchen, porch and part in the garden with 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, french doors opening onto the garden and a toilet.
    The 2 parts are connected by a very practical external staircase, 10 steps in total.
    This particular provision allows, during the holidays, to be autonomous for children, couples, friends, etc.
    In the garden you will find teak sun loungers with cushions, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plancha for cooking your food, etc.
    Possibility to park the car in the property, large free public parking at the bottom of the house.
    We will take care of your welcome on your arrival, with a visit of the places and explanations on the house.
    After the visit, a tasting of Provençal specialties will await you with a rosé wine from Cotignac.

    Fantastic house in a great location
    We had a warm welcome from the host, Marie-Agnes, who was on hand with any help we might need and information. A comfortable, well-equipped home in an ideal location, just a short flat walk into town. The town itself is lovely with several nice restaurants.

    Perfect location and home
    We enjoyed our week long stay! Cotignac is a quaint small historic town which is well situated for visiting other towns (and wineries) in Provence. The house is on a hill with a very nice view and is a very short walking distance to the center of town (even shorter if you walk down the steps in the back yard to the street below). The house itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The upper part of the house has one bedroom and a new full bath, and there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath in the lower section (need to access via stairway outside). The outside grounds are nice and there is plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. We very much enjoyed meeting the owner, Marie-Agnes, who showed us the property and surprised us with some food she had prepared (and a bottle of wine from the local cooperative). A great visit!

    Lovely location, walking distance to Cotignac
    We enjoyed several days in this home, easy walking distance to Cotignac. The kids enjoyed the terraced yard and little cabin/fort. It was nice having two outdoor eating tables, so depending on the sun we almost always had a shaded option. The views of the rocher from the yard at night were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

    Fantastisch!
    We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de verhuurder met zelfgemaakte quiches en salades. Het is een fijn huis met een mooie tuin en voor en achter het huis een terras. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Echt een aanrader!

    Exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait.
    Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles! La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Elle est située en plein cœur du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons profité des 2 terrasses dont l'une à vue magnifique sur le village de Cotignac. Que dire de la propriétaire ! Gentillesse et générosité ! Un repas délicieux nous attendait le jour de notre arrivée. Je veux y retourner un jour! Je conseille cette location sans problème, je suis certaine que vous aurez des vacances exceptionnelles comme nous

    Une maison très accueillante dans un village de carte postale
    Nous avons trouvé que cette maison avait beaucoup de cachet et que son emplacement est excellent, à 5’ à pied du centre du village, avec une très belle vue sur la colline et le rocher de Cotignac. L’équipement est très complet et l’accueil très attentionné.

    Formidable séjour!
    Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Cotignac et cette super maison. La réalité est encore meilleure que les photos. Notre hôte a été d une gentillesse et d une bienveillance rares. La situation géographique est idéale pour rayonner entre les villages de Provence et les gorges du Verdon. Et la maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, rien ne manquait, et en plus c est climatisé ce qui est un luxe très appréciable! Le jardin est hyper pratique et la vue sur le village et ses falaises rendent l endroit si poétique.
