"Le logement est bien équipé et a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Décoration sobre, logement très propre et de plein pied. Christian et sa femme sont des propriétaires discrets, flexibles et adorables avec plein de bons conseils (sorties, visites, restaurants...). Le logement est en campagne, au calme avec un jardin privé sur l'arrière sans vis à vis et le parking devant permet de se garer facilement juste devant la maison. Le bord de mer est à 5 minutes à pieds et le bourg de St Pair sur mer, ses...

The terrace and garden are lovely and perfect for a dog. It is very well situated to explore the region and had some very useful information and brochures in the property"

"We loved every minute. What a awesome cottage. Spacious, top level equipment and great furniture. Amazing huge garden for the dog, entirely fenced. Furthermore some seriously good restaurants and bars easy to reach. A fantastic beach around the corner. As well we could use the home base to make half day or day trips in all different directions (Mont Saint Michel, Utah&Omaha Beach, Phare des Groins,…) or visit local little Gems like Chateau Pirou and many others) or all the beautiful villages...

The house is half-museum, showing parts built in the 13c, the inner workings of the mill dating from the French Revolution, and evidence of its role in WWII as well. "Although the fittings to the property are somewhat dated they are all functional. Very quiet location with open grass land to the rear. Nearest shops are some distance, you will need a car. There are a small number of restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Property is situated in Port Mer about 2 to 3 miles from Cancale town center and beach front."

"The apartment was as stated, very clean, towels, bedding, pots, pans, plates and cutlery all provided. Reception spoke English, which was a great result as our French is very poor. Communication about the booking was very good and clear. Key collection and drop is really easy. Great location for zipping around Normandy, as easy access to the main roads."
