“A lovely hotel in a great location. Room not ready on arrival and we were happy to wait until 3.00 p.m. for booking in and we asked if we could leave our luggage. We were told to leave luggage at side of reception desk. We booked dinner for that evening and asked for 7.30 pm and told could we come a little later at 7.45 pm - again fine. When we returned at 3.00 pm we were surprised to see our luggage in the same place and not in a secure area. One assumes it is common practice to put……
