The bed was very comfortable and the extra seating area with couch was nice. Great water pressure with lots of hot water in the shower. Very convenient to have Dennys restaurant part of the hotel. Check in/out went quickly. Nice touch having a coffee/tea/water station with cookies in the lobby. Lots of free parking available. There is no elevator which is a drawback if you're on the upper floor. The bathroom area is a bit small and not alot of counter space. Overall a comfortable stay.

We booked Sandman for the pool, it was advertised as having a pool. I got my kid excited to swim in the pool and then when we went down to go it, it was closed. You should advise that some amenities are unavailable at the time of booking.

The rooms have a heavy odour, mould and mildew like. The furniture and bathroom needs some serious upgrades. The staff was friendly and the hotel is walking distance to the town centre.

Adequate stay.

This stay was adequate for our families needs. We loved that the room came with a little kitchen and a large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, oven, and coffee pot. We did have an issue with the outlet not working for the microwave and coffee pot, but we did not need those.

Bed was comfy, sheets nice and clean, but property very Worn. AC did not work, bathtub is damaged or stained Stains on chair etc. Denny's restaurant could also do with a update, especially the flooring After staying at the Sandman in Quesnel, which was super, The Cranbrook was very disapointing

There was blood on the sheets on the sofa bed. Also blood stains on some of the towels. The toilet kept running. Otherwise the room was clean. The pool is out of order. The second floor is dipped in so bad the doors do not want to close. There is approximately a 3 inch gap at the base of the door on 1 side. This hotel needs some serious work and upgrades.

Property was very clean, easy to find. Ample parking. There were a few dining options in and around the hotel. Property is older but has been completely updated. Bathroom was spotless and shower was very good. Bed is nice and confortable. Room is on the smaller side but for an overnight on the way home it is great. Would stay again
