“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. “Only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore all the hotel had to offer, but our stay was excellent! Friendly hotel staff, delicious drinks and food at the restaurant, clean and comfy room! Parking was our only snafu. We parked in an adjacent garage and expected validated parking but turns out it wasn’t affiliated and we hadn’t seen the valet (think busy downtown with limited street parking). Still a wonderful stay at hotel indigo. Bed and pillows were superb.”
