When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. “The room was very humid and the AC added moisture to the point our sheets were damp.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.”

“The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar……
