"The hotel was historic and beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. After returning from Rainbow Mountain, I needed oxygen due to the altitude, and their response was immediate, discreet, and compassionate, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, and we loved being able to order exactly what we wanted each morning. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; however, the front desk gentleman kindly assisted us with our luggage to the third floor, which made a big difference."

"Great hotel! The staff is amazing. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location near everything. The room was spacious and updated. The shower water pressure was not good and it was hard to control the cold/hot water. They also shut down the power from 11am-1pm when we checked out. That was an inconvenience. Same with the shuttle, they did not have a shuttle on Sunday until 5pm? Strange. Overall, a great stay, We would stay here again."
