"Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didn’t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, she’s attentive and communicated well with us in English. "We were at this property for 6 nights. The bathroom sink was leaking and they didn't fix it for 4 days. Hot water in the shower was a major problem. We had to call the front desk many times to fix it. And once we got the hot water the temperature kept fluctuating and water pressure kept changing. I burned myself the 1st day because of that. Also, the bed sheets didn't look clean at all and they didn't change it over the 6 days. They changed the towels first 2 days and after that they didn't. The...

"The house maid that took care of the apartment was excellent and the apartment was clean. The apartment did not meet the description on the advert. The apartment didn't have the washing machine that was advertised. The apartment was noisy, music playing till 2 am, dogs barking in the property next door, people talking loudly in the alley beside the apartment. The noise didn't bother me but I think it is important for other people to know what to expect. "

"The room was large with a very large bathroom as well. It did not have a walk-in shower, but more of a tub shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with significant variety and fresh cooked options, which is an omelette station. They also had regional food for breakfast, which was fun. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the rooms at the front of the buildings are not insulated all that well, and you could hear the noise on the street. The rooms in the front of the building did have a balcony with a view of the city, which was nice."

"The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back. The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"

"Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The area is quiet and close to the plaza. There are many steps and ramps involved when going down and back up and the streets are narrow but easy and to navigate. The breakfast was delicious with many options and eggs cooked on request. The staff are friendly and helpful with good English skills as needed. "
