“We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.”

“This hotel was adorable, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and warm. The location was really great because of the arts district and you can walk around to lots of street vendors, shops, restaurants, etc. Because of the artsy vibe of the neighborhood, you definitely see younger American tourists who can be quite loud. We could sometimes hear people on the streets after going to bars, which can be a little bit tough if you are getting up at 5am to go on any excursions.……

“Very convenient location however too expensive for such place, not good brakefast need update their towels not good lamps, no desk nor chair ti seat nor dressers . Not good for 87 dollar at night. Staf are not helpful.”

“This property is without question beautiful! Its central location makes it easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, including KION and KUSKAY. I absolutely loved the palace-like feel, and the fresh flowers throughout the property added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation for our trip to Machu Picchu. They also went above and beyond by celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary with champagne and dessert, which……
