"The clearest thing I can say about the staff at this hotel is that they have it down. I arrived early, they handled the paperwork, grabbed my bags and sent me on my way with a promise to notify me if my room was available early. I returned to find my baggage in my room and a well thought out welcome gift waiting for me. Not just your usual candy but useful items we often forget, nail clippers, a comb, eye shades, toothbrush. The room is spacious and well laid out, the separate sitting area provides a nice change from fighting with my husband over who gets the single chair! There were even a couple of books available to make things homey I went into the courtyard to find an adorable little alpaca named Kiki who was roaming about looking for pets. Pretty awesome!
