I’ve been visiting Vegas multiple times a month over the past couple decades. I’ve stayed at many hotels. The Horseshoe’s staff has hands down the most helpful and courteous staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet.

Great room. Clean and comfortable

Paris a great hotel with a great location of being right on the strip. However the rooms we had were starting to look quite dated with stained carpets. Room attendants seemed to not fully complete their jobs. Rooms were clean upon arrival but we had to ask them to come back a tidy up when they had been during our friends room every day.
