Nice, well eqippped apartment with indoor pool

Absolitly fine for our winter stay at the seaside. More lamps,esp. In the masterbedroom, would be good.

Das Schwimmbad war super.

Leider hat die Beschreibungen bei FeWo nicht gestimmt. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Sauna befanden sich in einem anderen Haus.

Es war alles sauber und man konnte sich gut helfen. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann das man vorher alles nachfragen muss was noch so bzw wie wohin überwiesen werden muss.

Schöne Lage aber...

Es war nicht so schlecht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war okay, nur an einigen Stellen fehlten die Sachen. Am Ende kommt es noch die anderen Kosten dazu, die beim Buchen nicht klar waren. Die Wohnung hat keinen Wlan-Zugang.Trotzdem könnten wir unseren Urlaub genissen

Wir waren vom 21-26.10.2024 in diesem Appartement. Hatten uns sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut. Es gibt leider kein richtige Agentur wo man den Schlüssel abholen kann, sondern bei einer Frau. Wir muststen noch 50 €für die Endreinigung bei der Frau bezahlen. Man bekam keine Quittung das man es bezahlt hat. Dann sind wir zum Appartement gefahren wusten nicht welcher der richtige Eingang war. Musst noch mal anrufen. Das Apartment war nicht sauber auf den Kopfkissen waren gelbe Flecken. Das Sofakissen war auch Flecken drauf, der Backofen innen total fettig und dreckig.Teppich sehr fleckig. Im Badezimmer der Spiegelschrank von innen klebte noch die Zahnpaster vom Vorgänger dran. Es gäbe noch viel mehr zu berichten was nicht in Ordnung war. Dieses Appartement ist es nicht wert dafür Geld aus zugeben. Ich sage nur: Nie wieder!!! Im W

Schreckliche Ferienwohnung – Finger weg! Diese Wohnung war eine totale Katastrophe. Überall Spinnweben, Schimmel in der Dusche, fleckige Bettwäsche, dreckiger Backofen und Toaster – alles in einem völlig unhygienischen Zustand. Steckdosen kaputt, Türen nicht richtig nutzbar, der Tisch fällt fast auseinander. Es gibt keinen Sichtschutz, die Gardinen sind kaputt und das Schwimmbad ist viel zu kalt. Zudem mussten wir den Schlüssel in einem anderen Ort abholen, was extrem unpraktisch war. Nach der Buchung kamen versteckte Kosten von 100 Euro hinzu, und die Vermieterinnen haben überhaupt nicht auf unsere Beschwerden reagiert. Auf keinen Fall buchen – das Geld ist es nicht wert! Bitte bucht die Unterkunft nicht.

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne Tage in Cuxhaven. Wohnung war i. O. Für 2 Personen gut. Schwimmbad und Sauna super. Kontakt mit Vermieter unkompliziert und schnell. Leider kein WLAN in der Wohnung. Das finde ich gehört heutzutage zum Standard oder aber es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, das es nicht vorhanden ist. Gerne wieder.

Sauberkeit ist was anderes

Der Aufenthalt war ganz okay. Als wir in die Wohnung gekommen sind, konnten wir als erstes erstmal saugen, da vom Vormieter noch alles krümelig war und sauber ist auch ein anderes Wort. Das Schwimmbad war super, da können wir nicht meckern. Die Schlaf Varianten, das ein Schlafzimmer keine Fenster hat, war etwas ungewohnt, da wir es gewohnt sind mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Buchen würden wir diese Wohnung so leider nicht noch mal.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Restaurants haben ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Nicht wie beschrieben

Viele Kosten die im Nachhinein plötzlich auf mich zu kamen. Unschöner Plattenbau. Kilometerlange Whatsapp Texte des Vermieters mit Regeln. Innerhalb der Wohnung hängen ebenso überall Schilder mit Regeln. Dreckig/schimmeliges Duschgummi. Undichte Dusche. Ein Zimmer ist ohne Heizung, ohne Fenster nur getrennt von einer dünnen, Schiebetür vom Nachbarzimmer. Wird so nirgends beschrieben. Einrichtung alt, kaputt. Bettdecke/Kissen voller undefinierbarer Flecken. Hätte ich es eher gewusst- ich hätte niemals 50€!! für die Endreinigung im Vorfeld gezahlt. Schimmel an den Fenstern. Tapete welche sich im Schlafraum ablöst. Alte Teppiche, lieblos eingerichtet. Esstisch hat einen riesen Riss am Bein, man hat Angst dort zu essen. Vorhänge wie Dresden ‘45. Nie wieder.

In Stichpunkten: Positiv: Es gab Spiele und Bücher für die Kinder. Die Schwimmanlage im Haus hatte eine tolle Umkleide- und Duschmöglichkeit. Das Schwimmbad wirkt sauber und gepflegt. Es gab Tischtennis- Zubehör in der Wohnung. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und nach Duhnen. Negativ: Es gab keine 4 gleichen Gläser. Beim Beziehen der Betten fanden wir das T-Shirt eines Vormieters. Die Matratze des 140cm-Bettes war durchgelegen, so dass wir auf die letzte Nacht wegen Rückenschmerzen verzichtet haben.

Aufenthalt in Cuxhaven

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Wetter war super. Wir haben das Schwimmbad sehr genossen,weil baden am Strand nicht möglich war,weil meistens Ebbe war. Sind viel Fahrrad gefahren und haben Strand Spaziergänge unternommen.

Wohnung war in einer guten Lage, Einrichtung war veraltet und größtenteils kaputt. Sauberkeit zu wünschen über. Kühlschrank und Sanitäranlagen waren schmutzig, altes benutztes Backpapier war noch im Ofen. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und Bettwäsche dreckig. Für einen Kurztrip war die Wohnung ok, Kommunikation/CheckIn & Checkout mit der Vermieter war super und verlief reibungslos.

APPARTEMENT OK ZUM ANGENEHMEN PREIS

Die kommunikation mit den Vermietern und Putzkräften war super schnell und unkompliziert. Leider sind wir von den Zusatzkosten etwas überrascht worden. (Endreinigung, Gestekarte, Wäscheset). Wird so leider nicht in der Anzeige deutlich. Das Schwimmbad im Haus ist klein aber sehr sauber und ein netter Bonus, wenn man vom Stand kommt. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich. Die zwei Einzelbetten sind etwas durchgelegen und die Einrichtung funktional. Für Kurztrips aber okay.
