"The refrigerator did not cool and they came to replace it and the new one did not coole ither. The air con did not cool either, we were there 3 days and it went from 21 C to 19 C
We had it set at 16 C
When we called the front desk there was a language barrier that was frustrating ,not that they did not want to help it was the language."

The daily massages had a wide range of options my wife could chose from and she loved every day. The food was amazing. Both the included breakfast and the reseraunts on site. We have traveled the world and have never been more willing to cancle a return flight and extend our stay."
"We loved our stay from the minute we walked through the door, it had a beautiful luxe feel about it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.The breakfast variety was immense. The pools were amazing early right through til 9pm.

"Hella clean spot. Legit nothing dirty there. Can get slippery in the hotel elevator due to people going to the pool but you always have to cautious. "
"Had a wonderful stay here. It was perdectly located, so close to many restaurants, beach clubs, cafes. Its a walk away from the beach. The food for their breakfast buffet were great. We also ordered room service, and the food were delish. Our hotel room was overlooking the ocean 😊"
