The check in took 45 minutes and we didn't get to our rooms until 12:50\. I found the person on reception quite brisk and could do with a little but of customer service training and swifter check in! We booked 7 queens but ended up with 6 twins and a queen. Breakfast was nice Rooms were comfortable but the corridors were noisy - bring ear plugs "
