Big fan of The Graduate (formerly The Lumen). Love the location, the boutique hotel feel, and the new renovations. Hallways are way too dark - please lighten up a bit. Please bring back the free coffee bar in the mornings! Friendly staff!

Incredible location next to smu. Not very quiet at night. Room had no good places to hang towels. Cream and sugar but no coffee or tea in the room which was strange. Overpriced but secondary to the location I guess.

Perfect stay

The location was perfect. We were greeted warmly. The service at the restaurant was wonderful and the bartender made impeccable recommendations.

Good but dated property. A/c blew cold but very loudly. On property restaurant was good, however a simple morning coffee there was a ridiculous $7.50 +tax+tip. Go to Starbucks a few blocks north.
