My grandson and i were delayed overnight on a flight out of Dallas. We felt safe here and the price was great. I will say the person I talked to regarding the shuttle was rude and confusing. Taking the shuttle back to the airport went much smoother.

Stayed here only because it’s close to the airport and had an early flight. Hotel was fine and served the purpose for a night. Not the cleanest and not the dirtiest. Took the free hotel shuttle to the airport and it was a little terrifying. Paid for an Uber back to the hotel when I returned from my trip versus using the shuttle.

Had 50 minute shuttle wait in the July heat at the airport after 12 hours of travel. It picks up for 8 or 10 different hotels. Two other shuttles dedicated only to their La Quinta destinations came by during that 50 minutes and were very short with us that they weren’t the right one. After two phone calls to our hotel, the front desk described exactly which shuttle we were looking for and radioed it to see how long before it arrived at our location. When it got there, it was completely full but my wife and I squeezed in because we weren’t waiting another 50 minutes.
