We booked the most expensive room/suite for a special occasion. The fireplace didn't work - and the woman at the front desk said she knew this when she checked us in. What? And when we went to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. It took then nearly an hour to change our room, with no assistance to move our things. And, since the phone didn't work, my husband had to make 3 trips to the lobby to follow up, get keys, and get a cart. Finally, when the front desk clerk came to our original room with the new room keys, the DIDN'T WORK...my sense of humor also stopped working at that point.
