The hotel was clean It was a good hotel for the night Only problem I had was that I had to either go up to the 3rd floor or down to the 1st floor for ice so really no problems at all I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area

Trying to communicate anything with the property was a nightmare. There is no way to speak with anyone without a middle person to which one was obscenely rude and refused to let me finish asking my question. The room itself looks like it got a landlord special type facelift and had painters tape still on thinga, caulk on the bathtub trying to hide mold and paint on the wallpaper and floor. There was very little care shown in the appearance. Will absolutely never be booking here again and wish they had offered refundable rooms so I didnt feel obligated to have kept my reservation after speaking with the first middle person as it already seemed it was going to be a poor experience. Should have just taken the hit and forfeit the money and booked elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Comfortable sleep accommodations; overall cleanliness Did not notice a bathroom fan (there should be something to get rid of moisture) Another recommendation is more shelving within the tub/shower area for guest toiletries, bath brushes, etc.

I was very disappointed when I got too the hotel they said the pool was closed which I didn't know when I booked it .Also the breakfast was terrible we felt like the eggs were old the sausages weren't edible and the front desk staff wasn't pleasant and the room we stayed in wasnt great for the curtains wouldn't close so sleeping was a issue as well....I feel like you should have discounted the rate for the inconveniences.....
