“Stayed room 132. Nice room. Easy access to parking lot and pool. Our room temp was at 60 degrees. Thermostat on heat mode made NO difference. Maintenance tech said the hotel heat comes from a boiler and a number of other rooms were experiencing same issue. The telephone in room was dead. No way to call front desk. iPhone website phone numbers on went to booking agent in another city. No way or number to reach the office except by foot. We finally got extra blankets delivered for the night. But……

“We stayed in one of the Mandan Cabins which was unique and very enjoyable. Hotel staff & valets were excellent. The only item not to our liking was the Bedroom TV in Mandan 25 would not turn in and we could not find any way to turn it on or any instructions to rectify this issue. No big deal. Overall, a beautiful and well run Resort.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the room service during our stay. We called repeatedly, but no one answered. When we finally reached someone, we were told that service was delayed because a large party had placed an order. After waiting more than an hour for our breakfast, it arrived completely ice cold. I understand that large orders can cause delays, but the lack of communication and the quality of the food were unacceptable, especially at a resort of this caliber.”

“The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”
