As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems……

Right after making the reservation, I contacted the host through Expedia to cancel my booking. I didn't receive any response for several days. When the host finally replied, the only response was, "Please follow the attached rules," where I discovered that cancellations were only allowed within the first few hours after……
