“Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, ”

“It's a spacious two-bedroom unit in an old wooden house without adequate reinforcement of its structures. Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. Countertop still had marks left from uncleaned dish plates. The dish rack was partly rusted. Cooktop, coffee maker, frig, etc. were all in good working condition, but not enough cooking utensils were available. It's a two-bedroom……

“This was advertised as having 2.5 baths, which is why my friend and I booked it - each had our own bath. It actually has 1.5 baths. The good: The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The living room is a good size and would comfortably seats at least four adults. There are two beds in every bedroom. The A/C and washer/dryer worked well.The kitchen is small but had the basic needs.The not-so-good: - The yard of the property was weedy and appeared unkept. - The bathroom floor……
