Our stay was everything I had hoped it to be. The property and room was breathtaking. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We were in walking distance to shops & resturants. The train station was a 3min drive. Everything was amazing! Thank you 😊

Absolutely gorgeous property! Even though it's self check in, staff is around and are very attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy parking in the back. Great access to downtown Rockport and beaches. Will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and lovely restored 1800’s home. Room was adequate for size considering a bathroom was added to make this a boutique room. We had two very large suitcases as we were traveling for 2 1/2 weeks so it was challenging for us to haul them up a narrow stairway and live out of them in our room as there was no dressers. I would recommend this room for light travelers. Comfortable bed!

Lovely room in a historic house downtown Rockport. Close to the headlands, shops, restaurants, beaches, and theater. Friendly professional staff, clean rooms beautifully decorated, quiet & relaxing. On site parking made the visit completely stress free. Will be back soon !

Lovely property with character and within walking distance to the shops and downtown area. I'm a taller guy so I'd make sure you pick a room that isn't the Mary Read. The shower was tight for me being over six foot but the room was great. Gentleman who you text for checking in/information was super helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great and very well situated. It's ideal for solo travelers or couples, but not really suitable for families since it's just a single room. One thing we found disappointing was the lack of an outdoor seating area where guests could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I also wish we had been informed in advance that pets are allowed. Because there is no on-site reception staff, we could clearly hear dogs barking whenever the front door was opened or when people walked by the side of the building. We also heard barking late at night and early in the morning, which affected the quiet atmosphere. Other than that, it's a lovely place in a beautiful location.

We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!

Sally Webster was a beautiful bed and breakfast! It was clean and designed well. The bed and pillows were BEYOND comfortable. Additional lights walking to and from the parking lot would be nice!

This was a lovely quiet place to stay! The only downside I'd say is that I wish we'd been informed about the kitchen no longer being open or offering breakfast. Still, sweet place with a comfy bed and a good location.
