“Our stay over Halloween was nice and the location was convenient. This is an older apartment and although we had several issues they were quickly remedied making our stay comfortable. I personally feel it is more suitable for 4 people because the provided blowup bed takes up the entire living room. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and helpful host. Thank you for allowing us and our fur babies the use of your rental. ”

“We were able to bring our pets after contacting the host who was very accomodating. Communication was excellent the whole time and they responded quickly to any questions or help we needed. The house was clean and cozy. There was a business desk setup that already had a second monitor for me to work from which was great. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
