“I had asked to see photos of the property after I reserved it since there were no pictures of Suite 11 available, but unfortunately I never received them. The photos that were on the website also didn’t seem to accurately reflect the room. The suite was incredibly small, which ultimately wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
We were also initially given the wrong code to access our room, though this was resolved quickly with a phone call.

“Did not advertise 6 flights of stairs to get to the room. No elevator, I'm 74 years old ! Provided necessary info just hours before my flight. No tissues, blanket, instructions on how to operate TV. Would not stay again,”

“Good value for the money based on location. The apt is basic. Only issue is that the entry process was not clear so had to call for help which was a hassle. ”
