Si lo que quieres es una vista al lago, ¡no hay nada mejor que esto en el lago Lanier! ¡La casa está tan cerca del agua que sentirás como si estuviera literalmente flotando! La casa se acaba de renovar y tiene una cocina completamente actualizada. Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en las montañas del norte de Georgia en un lugar privado y aislado, a solo 4 millas de las tiendas de North Georgia Premium Outlet. Cerca de Dahlonega, Helen, Amicalola Falls State Park, ¡y más!

Bellamente renovado 3000sq / ft, casa de campo de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños en el tranquilo vecindario de Dawsonville Lake Lanier. El estacionamiento está disponible para hasta 6 coches. Nueva cocina con encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos nuevos y vistas al lago desde la nueva isla central. En el nivel principal encontrará 2 habitaciones, ambas con camas King size. Maestro en el primer nivel con baño principal increíblemente renovado con combinación de ducha / bañera "habitación húmeda". Master ofrece vista al lago con acceso privado a la terraza con asientos para su café de la mañana. El comedor se abre a la cocina y tiene capacidad para 10 a 12 personas y ofrece vistas al agua. Sala de estar del nivel principal con televisor de pantalla plana grande y muchos asientos en muebles nuevos. La cubierta superior expansiva domina el lago y se enfrenta a cuerpos de ingenieros no desarrollados que ofrecen la sensación de intimidad relajante.

En el nivel inferior encontrarás 2 dormitorios más. Un segundo maestro con una cama king size con acceso propio a la cubierta del nivel inferior y vistas del lago. El segundo dormitorio es para los niños con 2 juegos de literas dobles. Otra sala de estar también en la planta baja con su propio televisor de pantalla plana grande también. Disfrute de un paseo corto, FLAT, iluminado hasta el muelle de la fiesta de dos pisos. Arriba puedes divertirte bajo el sol. En la planta baja, puede estacionar su bote en el resbalón del bote cubierto, o disfrutar de algo de sombra y nadar desde el área del salón inferior. Beautiful home and location

To start, this was by far the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in! The home is on a lakefront lot on a very quiet cove. Very clean and all of the little things like soap, extra trash bags, paper products, storage containers. The home and dock stood up well to the freak storm that affected all of the neighbors' docks. The owner was very understanding about the lack of power due to the storm and had flashlights and batteries available.

Great home for a family!

The house was clean and well stocked with all the things you need such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The outdoor space was wonderful as we spent a great deal of time on both deck areas and the dock. The walk to the dock was very easy. Our family kayaked and fished in the cove. We were able to keep our boat tied up to the dock all week, which was so nice. The cove has so many turtles, which were so fun to watch and feed our leftover corn on the cob too :) Stephanie was a wonderful host and communication with her leading up to and during our stay was wonderful. We had 7 adults, 2 kids and a dog, and had plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful view from deck, nice quiet area

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness of the house and its amenities. They have basically everything you need--bring your own coffee pods. I enjoyed waking up every morning and sitting on the deck where it is peaceful and has a GREAT view of the lake. There are lots of stairs, so could be a bit difficult for older folks, but there are two nice bedrooms on first floor and two more on lower level, so doable for all ages. It was overall a great stay.

Amazing Lake Vacation

We had such a great time. The home had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook all our meals and even a brand new grill. The home was right on the lake in a quiet little cove but only 10 mins from all Walmart, Publix’s, or restaurants if you didn’t want to cook. We rented a boat from Port Royale (highly recommend as well) for the week and we were able to dock the boat right on the dock. The dock was great to swim off and they had plenty of life jackets and kayaks to play with. The owners were very responsive, especially when we had some trouble with the air conditioner, they were on top of it and were able to get someone out there the next day to fix it. We will definitely make plans to come back.

Beautiful place

We had a great time at Stephanie’s place. The house is amazing, the kids enjoyed the rooms downstairs and my family could relax and have an amazing time gathered around the fire place, kitchen island and a big dinner table that fits everyone. Stephanie was very helpful when we needed her help. We will return for sure.

Christmas on Lake Lanier

Our stay was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything as promised and more. The host put a Christmas tree up upon request. But it was the little things like shampoo and soap in all the bathrooms. Clean quality towels for bathrooms and separate beach towels for a large clean hot tub we really enjoyed. Can't say enough about the house or the host. We would highly recommend

Clean, comfortable & very well appointed.

Cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in, and so well stocked in the kitchen and everywhere! It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend to be out, but plenty comfortable to hang inside if it hadn't been, plus wonderful hot tub & air hockey table. We loved it, and the girls loved it. Beautiful decks were a perfect setting for a lake-side Sweet 16 Birthday dinner.

A Perfect Weekend

What a great property. We were in the area for a wedding at the White Laurel Estate and the location could not be more perfect. Not only were we 10 minutes from the venue but also 15 minutes from the Dawsonville outlet malls and restaurants. Close to everything but secluded from the world. The house was clean and we have no problems. Stephanie made the whole process very easy and responded quickly when contacted. The view from the decks was incredible with the fall foliage but I imagine it is just as beautiful any time of year. I would high recommend this property for those looking for a nice house that is private but not too far from civilization. I would also recommend it for groups where 2 master bedrooms are needed. The main level was spacious and nice but there was also almost a self contained living area on the bottom floor. Nothing but positives for this property.

Five starts! The perfect house on a quiet cove, plenty of space and minutes from everything

My family (5 adults & 2 teenagers) had a wonderful stay at this house! We loved everything about it, especially the common areas - great spaces inside & out to get together, with plenty of room to be off on your own for a quiet minute. The dining room table has plenty of seating in the sunny kitchen, and the spacious deck off the kitchen/living room area was perfect for a sunny afternoon, plenty of seating & beautiful view over quiet cove. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans, silverware & glassware we needed, as well as several small appliances (blenders, coffee pots, etc). Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels/supplies in the bathrooms. The dock is probably the nicest I have ever seen, with sturdy table and chairs on both levels, and 4 comfortable lounges on the top level to take in the peace and quiet. My nieces enjoyed the fishing gear and kayaks provided. Unlike many homes on Lake Lanier, the walk to this dock was relatively flat (with a few steps down as the lake is so low this time of year), and very easy to navigate. This house has it all - peace and quiet but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, as well as a trip out to the Monteluce winery near Dahlonega (about 30 minutes and well worth the trip!). The house was very clean, which can be a concern in some "pet-friendly" properties. Would definitely recommend this house - I hope we'll be back next fall!

Perfect family getaway!!

Amazing property

This house was perfect for our group of teens and moms. The house is located on a beautiful quiet cove. Just pull your boat up and pick up your group for a day of tubing. After tubing relax in the hot tub! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need and there’s a gas grill for cookouts. The owners allows use of their own kayaks which was nice! Fantastic communication with owner! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Thanksgiving stay

Property was wonderful for kids and adults alike. Beautiful views of the lake and comfortable places to enjoy it on the many porches and the boat dock. Kitchen was was stocked with all needed appliances and kitchenware. It was a a relaxing and seamless stay. We are so thankful to have found it for our family of 9.
