trendy new property. nice and clean. understaffed severely it seemed. customer service desk took forever, and he/she was so busy with in person clients they couldn't answer the incoming phone calls.

They will charge you $15 a day for parking. They give you a casino credit but it was a surprise charge upon check in. That kinda sucked. Otherwise the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very hospitable. They also have room servicing robots and several fast food options on site.

The property details do not describe this hotel is on the second floor of a casino. The pet area is basically on the edge of the property separated from the road by a curb. Very dangerous.

Room was much smaller than we expected, not much room for luggage. Bed was very uncomfortable, we did not sleep well at all. Parking is tight, just plan on not having a parking spot outside. We found the underground parking garage which did have plenty of spots to park. Our room was clean and we had all of the supplies we needed (toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.)

No coffee maker in the room. The worst bed Ive ever slept on. Couldn't check out early without paying 1 night for early cancelation due to 3rd party booking. Expedia couldnt even convince them to waive the fee. Tiny room and noisy. Will never stay there again!!
