"First of all, the staff were excellent. So friendly and very helpful and any request was addressed promptly. The dinning options were great and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel has access to a private beach with beach beds which was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the conditions of the room and some areas on the property which all could use a bit of an update. My first room was refurbished except for the bathroom which looked very old...

"Stayed for one week all inclusive in early June. Very little to fault at this hotel, rooms are brilliant. Food options are great and buffet is varied and of amazing quality. Evening entertainment was good as was the bar. All staff were great and service was brilliant, never had to wait for a drink in any area of the hotel. Would highly recommend."

"From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed and looked after. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly work incredibly hard. The hotel itself is quite vast and spacious with generous sized rooms. The main restaurant has beautiful views over the sea and the food is excellent, with lots of variety to suit all tastes.
