Zu Fuß sind es ein paar Minuten bis zur Ostsee und einem schönen Sandstrand, der allerdings ins Wasser etwas steinig ist. Das Grundstück ist durch eine Hecke zu drei Seiten gut und blickdicht abgetrennt. Leider fehlte zur Einfahrt ein Gartentor was mit kleinen Kindern und Hund etwas ungünstig ist, da sie schnell mal auf die Straße laufen könnten. Es gibt viele Spielsachen und Sitzmöbel.
