Hi Aaron, I apologize for the inconvenience of your stay! I wish we could have kept you with your group at check-in, however we are in our busy season and rooms book up fast. That being said, we should have done better to accommodate your request. I also apologize for the frustrating maintenance issues you experienced! We are doing our best to keep up when they occur, but unfortunately, we cannot always predict when they will happen. We are currently working on the issues you stated with you and your friend's room, so we can provide a better experience for our next guests.
