“The place is nice and as listed. But the host doesn’t respond on time bed cover was the dirtiest ever and it had lots of fresh wet stain. The wifi code never worked The bathroom hose was leaking . I kept contacting the host every day kept saying yes I will finally after 3 days we got the right code for wifi The bathroom leak never fixed. Ours was breakfast included and supposed to be between 8-9 But some days came at 10:30 and one day we never received.”

“Property was very nice and well maintained. Dining area was a little congested at times however, it appears that a facility is being constructed on the premises to accommodate. Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful and despite large crowds kept the area clean and fully stocked with the great breakfast selections.”

I complained about the lack of water flow in the shower and the fact that the overhead showerhead wasn't working. I asked to switch rooms because the situation was terrible—it was impossible to shower comfortably. I was told there were no available rooms and that a technician would be sent to fix the issue.……

“This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!”
