“We recently stayed on the adultsonly side of the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba for 3 nights. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was spacious, and overall the property was beautiful. We spent a lot of time and money enjoying the bars, boutiques, and restaurants throughout the resort during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience at the end of the trip left a bad impression. About 2 hours before checkout, we found out our flight was delayed by more than 5 hours. We politely requested a……

“Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!”

“The rooms were big and spacious. The property is well kept and beach area is plentiful. The pools are large and spacious and appropriate for all ages. The only down side is the pathways around the property is limited and makes it tough for customers with disabilities to easily get around.”

“It was not specified that there were 2 packages available. The package that Expedia offered only allowed us to dine at only 5 restaurants ( 2 pool bars, one buffet and 2 à la cart) We missed out on the best restaurants, it was very disappointing”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
