“We enjoyed our stay at JOIA Aruba. The resort was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We appreciated the room upgrade to a pool-view room, early check-in, and the friendly staff. Our main issue was communication. We were not informed at check-in that certain pool areas were reserved for members only. We spent time there on our first day and were told the next day that we could not use that area. We understand some information may have been covered during the welcome presentation, which we chose not……

“Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!”

“The rooms were big and spacious. The property is well kept and beach area is plentiful. The pools are large and spacious and appropriate for all ages. The only down side is the pathways around the property is limited and makes it tough for customers with disabilities to easily get around.”

“Food was great, newly renovated rooms, so close to restaurants and beach. Staff outside of the pool are amazing”

“Room was not clean, very dusty. While the drivers were very friendly and professional, shuttles took an eternity as there was sometimes only 1 or 2 for the entire resort. Inconvenient when travelling with a toddler. Burgers were good, but not much selection in terms of healthy food, especially at the buffet. Very few choices for fruit. Staff was generally helpful.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
