“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Everything was fantastic except for a woman at the front desk named Janine. On two different occasions she was very rude and didn't want to be bothered changing big bills to be used for tips for the staff and to help with a problem with my key bracelet. On both occasions I returned shortly after to have a different person at the desk cheerfully handle these two matters. N. Lombardi”

“We had an amazing family holiday escape at the Barcelona. Immaculate attention to details, attentive and caring staff with pride displayed within every interaction. Restaurant reservations are needed but appreciated during peak Christmas/new year week as it’s virtually impossible to get a reservation or table offsite for 6! Bar staff is amazing —welcoming with wonderful entertainment and quality drinks! Only suggestion… a deli sandwich/salad bar during the day. Light fare, grab and go beach……

“The hotel was amazing! The food was delicious, and the swimming pool was gorgeous! Was a wonderful place for myself and my family!”

“Staff was the friendliest I've ever experienced. We loved the Adults only section with the infinity pool and music. The room was spacious (ocean view, King bed) with a terrific balcony. The beach is just a short walk across the street with lounges for guests. I recommend renting a car to get around and don't fall for the pitch to learn about the hotel and get breakfast - we lost two hours!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

The location is amazing. You can’t beat the ocean right there as well as an outdoor shopping plaza 2 minutes away. Our favorite place!!”
