“Staff and resort were just flawless !”

“We have stayed at this resort for the past three years This year we had more issues than in the past No WiFi in the room Lack of good room cleaning Dehumidifier in room was never emptied even after asking multiple times Restaurants were difficult to get reservations The cost continues to rise but the amenities do not match the prices”

“My family stayed for five nights. We all liked it. The staffs are friendly. It is close to eagle beach. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast is great. Room is clean. It will be better if some plates, bowels and cuttery are offered.”

“Overall we had a nice stay and would probably return, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The grounds and property could use some updating in certain areas. The staff experience was hit or miss — some employees were very pleasant and welcoming, while others seemed uninterested. Our room itself was wonderful, comfortable, and well kept. One frustrating issue, though, was receiving disruptive phone calls at all hours of the night from guests mistakenly thinking our……

“Excellent clean and organized facility. Staff will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Landscape is amazing. Service😀 on the beach is beyond the expectation with ice food service and organized Palapa service.”

“This property has the beach, the location and the great staff. It also has the biggest price tags. Not saying it isn’t worth it, but be ready. It also has the worst casino on the island. Luckily the Hyatt down the street has probably the nicest casino so it worked out.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The hotel in general was acceptable. It was clean with 3 pools and very close access to the beach and restaurants/bars across the street. However, our room was very rundown. We had to call maintenance a few times for no hot water and a broken toilet. We lost power on our floor for over an hour which caused us to missed an anniversary dinner. There was no care given from the staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Aruba but would not return to the Holiday Inn.”
